Overview

Part of the vast Iranian Plato is covered by mountains. Alborz mountain range is a part of Iran’s mountain range stretching from North West to North East in Iran. Tochal and Dizin Ski Resorts are located on this Mountain Range in Iran. In this tour, you get to experience skiing through the valleys and slopes of the two world famous and international Ski Resorts. Also, on the last day of this tour, you can get a taste of Iran’s history and architecture by visiting some of the touristic highlights of Tehran.

Itinerary

The Tour begins when your plane lands at Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA) in Tehran. Our representative will be there to greet you and take you to Bahar Hotel to rest for the night.

On this day, we will drive to Tochal International Ski Resort which is located within 50 km of Tehran. Tochal ski resort is part of a multi-activity complex that is located on the Alborz Mountain Range. We will be skiing through the valleys and slopes of this mountain for the whole day. We will spend the night at Tochal Hotel which is one of the best hotels located at the top of the mountain.(overnight in Tochal)

On the third day, we will continue our skiing adventure. We will spend this day skiing in Tochal International Ski Resort. We will head to Tehran to spend the night at Bahar Hotel.(overnight in Tehran)

On the fourth day, we will drive to Dizin International Ski Resort which is located within 80 km of Tehran. Dizin International Ski Resort is one of the most significant ski resorts in Iran and the Middle East. The Ski Resort was recognized by FIS for holding international related competitions. We will spend the whole day skiing in Dizin International Ski Resort. We will spend the night at Jahangardi Hotel in Dizin.(overnight in Dizin)

On this day, we will spend the day skiing in Dizin International Ski Resort. We will head back to Jahangardi Hotel to spend the night in Dizin.(overnight in Dizin)

On the sixth day, we will be skiing in Dizin International Ski Resort. We will drive back to Tehran to spend the night at Bahar Hotel. (overnight in Tehran)

On the last day of our trip, we will be exploring some of the best attractions of Tehran. We will begin the day by visiting the National Museum of Tehran. This museum is the greatest museum of history and archeology of Iran. Then, we will be visiting the splendid UNESCO recognized Golestan Palace. Next, we will explore and walk through the nearby Bazaar which is the oldest Bazaar of Tehran known as the Grand Bazaar. We also will be visiting the National Jewelry Museum which holds a rare collection of world famous stone gems and royal jewels. We will take you to Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA) in Tehran where our tour will come to an end.

You can bring your own Skiing equipment with you. In case, for any reason, you do not have any Skiing equipment, you can rent the needed equipment from us.

If you are a beginner, you can use the ski lifts that are designed for beginners, Children and non-Skiing visitors. The Telemix and Magic Carpets ski lifts are great for beginners due to their low altitude. Also, there are guides that can give you the basic ski instructions and lessons for your safety.

This Ski Resort is one of the best places for both snowboarders and skiers. The ski slopes are equipped with 4 gondolas, 3 chairlifts, and 9 Surface lifts that can transport skiers and snowboarders.

During different times of the year, you can check the current snow conditions and report on the ski resorts’ areas. Overall, the slopes of these ski resorts guarantee great snow quality especially during ski seasons.

There is no age restriction for this Skiing tour. You can ski and snowboard based on your conditions and skills. The less risky slides and facilities are great for beginners who wish to participate in this tour.

From November to at least early April is the perfect time for skiing. Sometimes a long ski season in Iran continues to early June.
